Notice of General Meeting of Freshwater SLSC

Please note the General Meeting is this coming Sunday – one of the topics for discussion is around the work that the Governance Panel has been undertaken in relation to the updates to the Club Constitution.  The current Constitution was put in place in December 2016 and there is a legal requirement for review and update (if required) within a ten(10) year period.  At the Meeting there will be a short summary of proposed changes drafted to date.”

Freshwater SLSC.

2. Club Captain – David Price, Club Captain, Director of Life Saving
a. Update on membership numbers including juniors
b. Update on Patrolling numbers and incidents to date by exception.

3. Executive Officer  – Richard Hawtin, Executive Officer
a. Overview of current drafted updates to the Club Constitution.
b. Note: The December 2016 Constitution is required to be reviewed
every 10 x years.
